FPS drops in all games
FPS drops in all games
I began playing MC again and observed that my game struggles to exceed 65 fps when shaders are active. Normally it runs smoothly at 80 fps. Occasionally it drops to 40 or even 30 during gameplay. I assumed the issue was limited to MC, but noticed it also occurs in D2. It operates at 60 with frequent drops, whereas I usually see around 100 fps. I haven’t made significant changes to software or hardware that would explain this problem. Recently, I performed a full system unload by holding the power button while the PC was unplugged.
I recommend performing a few canned benchmarks to gauge performance. I prefer 3DMark as a starting point because it offers extensive data from various hardware, helping you estimate expected results. Running 3DMark at the end will provide clock and usage charts that may highlight any CPU or GPU concerns.

I dont think theres anything wrong with them. At least from my point of view.
Hey there,
Check if your RAM is running in dual channel mode. Is it a single 16GB DIMM or two 8GB DIMMs? Also, confirm that XMP is enabled in the BIOS.
Given the instability and performance concerns, I recommend proceeding with the update. Please ensure the CMOS is cleared once the BIOS update is complete. Are you comfortable with updating the BIOS?
