I just upgraded my PC with an RX 570 4GB, i5 3470, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and a 450W PSU. It doesn’t have an SSD yet. I played various games, but the worst were Far Cry 5 and New Dawn—both ran at ultra settings, though VRAM usage stayed within limits. Stuttering happened about half the time. Rainbow Six Siege was okay since I pushed my VRAM, and there were some GTA V games too. Could someone help me? Thanks for reading!

Trying to run ultra on an i5 3470 isn't recommended. Lower the settings and set FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate for better performance. What are your temperatures?

I attempted the minimum configurations, but the CPU remains at full capacity.

I just added COD Warzone and it was running at full CPU capacity. Watching YouTube clips showed similar performance with an i5 3470, which had higher graphics settings.

It's evident the CPU is causing a slowdown. P.S. Raising graphics settings adds more strain to the GPU, not the CPU.
