I own an i5 8600k with a GTX 1060 and 6gb RAM. Previously I had steady 300 fps. After an update to CS:GO and Windows 10, my FPS dropped to 120-150. GPU usage stays around 27-30%, but it increases to 110 FPS in PUBG. The issue seems worse with CS:GO! Could you help me fix this? Trying everything at low settings.

Have you checked if '-high' was selected in the CSGO launch settings? This guarantees your system places CSGO at the top of the CPU queue.

Otherwise, updates might still cause problems. GameDVR could also be the culprit. If that doesn’t resolve it, you can try the link provided for further guidance.

Yes, I've provided it, but there seems to be an issue with the outcome.
