For roughly a month I experienced constant frame drops in several games, while the frame rate stayed steady. Examples include Rainbow 6 Siege, Dying Light, Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, Mass Effect Andromeda. I haven’t adjusted any system settings. No component overclocking was done. I attempted to prioritize the video driver process. All system components are up to date: CPU AMD FX8350, Boost Asrock 970 Extreme3 r.2, RAM 16Gb DDR3 1600MHz, PSU Corsair CX850M, GPU Nvidia GTX1060, 6Gb CPU cooler, SSD Corsair CX850M, HDD WD Blue 1Tb, and game HDD Seagate Barracuda 3Tb. Please help me, thank you!

Did you verify CPU and GPU temperatures? Also, did you test RAM performance? I plan to perform a full stress test using Prime95 and track core temperatures.

I expect that I have a liquid coolant for the CPU. The overall temperature of the CPU and GPU in IDLE are respectively 25/30 degrees for the CPU and about 40 for the GPU, under stress the CPU arrives about 60 degrees and the GPU about 70/80 degrees (I own the founders edition) . I've already tested RAM,but nothing. I will try the test and look at the results.

If your temps and ram are fine have you might have a process running in the background that is having a effect on your gaming also you could try rolling back you video card driver

I attempted to search but found nothing from my perspective. I've attached you in the task manager file. The issue appeared suddenly; the next day it happened again on some games I played, using the same driver. Sorry, the letters are in Italian.

Click OK immediately and let it operate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Monitor your CPU temperatures closely.

The test took an hour, yet the conditions appear favorable.

It seems everything is holding up. The only thing I can consider is ensuring windows are free from malware or unwanted programs, or maybe attempting a complete reinstall as a final option.

I verified, no malware detected. Restored Windows a week ago, but the issue continues. Likely related to the SSD—its lifespan is unclear. I faced other problems but didn’t document them. For instance, Google Chrome occasionally freezes the whole system during crashes, lasting about ten years before things normalize. If you ask, games maintain FPS generally, except for Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 which occasionally drops randomly.
