FPS drop, freeze only Valorant
Bonsoir à tous, je vais vous expliquer ma situation. J'ai changé de carte graphique d'une 970gtx, qui avait une fluidité constante de 180-200fps, à une 6700xt, tout neuve. Après des jours de recherche, j'ai perdu espoir. J'ai essayé de désinstaller et de réinstaller, mais le problème persiste. Sur d'autres jeux comme Apex Legends ou Warzone, les FPS sont bons et la fluidité est parfaite. Sur Valorant, je gagne plus de 300 FPS, surtout quand je mets rapidement la souris, et mes jeux ne sont pas ralentis.
Disconnect from the internet
Remove the driver using DDU (both Nvidia and Radeon drivers), simply delete them without restarting (this allows uninstalling the Radeon driver after removing the Nvidia one if needed)
Uninstall all processors via Device Manager (ensure it shows 12 items)
Restart the PC to BIOS and update to the latest version
Download, extract the files, and copy them to a USB drive
Plug the USB into the rear USB slot and power on Windows to install...
Disconnect from internet
Remove the driver using DDU (both Nvidia and Radeon), simply uninstall everything without restarting so you can delete the Radeon driver afterward if needed
Uninstall all processors via Device Manager (ensure it shows 12)
Follow these steps:
Restart the PC to BIOS, update to the latest BIOS
Download, extract files, and copy them to a USB drive, then insert it into the rear USB port
Power on Windows and install the newest AMD Chipset driver
Reboot, select the AMD Ryzen balanced power plan, connect to the internet
Install the latest Radeon driver, restart, go to graphics settings, enable Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling, and restart again
Check for Windows updates (and optional ones)
Perform all actions offline until you reboot after installing the AMD chipset driver, and ensure your RAM is installed in slots 2 and 4. Save required files first, and follow the instructions step by step.
Align the PSU PCIe cable to one PCIe slot only, as shown here:
Merci à vous, tout le monde est bien informé de tout ce qui a été fait jusqu'à présent avec DDU en mode sans erreur ; je tiens à préciser que ce problème ne se produit que dans le jeu Valorant. Dans le paramètre graphique, je n'obtiens pas l'accélération matérielle "hardware accélère gpu schedulding". J'ai essayé vos méthodes mais j'ai toujours les mêmes problèmes sur Valorant.
Are your windows updated to the newest version? I’m currently using Windows 10 update 21H1. Also, 160-200fps is acceptable since the game isn’t fully optimized. I experienced similar problems before—getting only around 90fps max in the game—and after making those changes, it improved. My friend also reached the same maximum fps without streaming, but dropped to about 120fps when streaming. After trying my adjustments and still achieving up to 200fps at best, I think the issue lies with the game itself. You might want to try CS:GO if you want better performance.
