Hi everyone.
When I play video games, the FPS drops every 15 seconds on average after about 5 minutes.
In Red Dead Redemption 2 I experienced around 70/80 FPS, GPU temps reached 70°C at full usage (90% CPU), and CPU temps hit 50°C with 30% load, causing FPS to fall to 30/40 every 15 seconds.
In other games like CSGO or Valorant it doesn’t happen, possibly due to driver updates. I’m using Windows 11.
My PC specs: CPU Ryzen 7 5700G, GPU RX 570, RAM Corsair 16GB 2400MHz, PSU 550W Corsair, M2 1TB Kingston.

Single or Dual channel? Frame time inconsistency is to be expected for Ryzen at sub 3200C16 either way though, really. You could try framerate lock to 60fps and see if the frame time improves. There's FRTC for AMD but if you just want to try a quick dirty check you can use Radeon Chill just on Red Dead Redemption 2 to limit to 60 minimum and maximum. Mind you if you use FRTC, it applies GLOBALLY, including in games where you dont want it like aforementioned Valorant and CSGO.

I recently played another game, Dying Light.
I captured two screenshots—one showing the game running smoothly and another when the FPS drops.
From these images, I noticed the GPU frequency falls to the lowest level (300MHz).

It's expected to be. A dual channel setup is necessary for optimal frame times in gaming. Benchmarks show you're losing a significant portion of your performance, especially at lower framerates. The frequency characteristics align well with modern GPU behavior, so it's not an immediate issue at this stage.

Would you like to view images of the CPU-Z interface for the motherboard, memory, and speed sections? Also, do you have a single 16GB RAM module or two 8GB modules installed?

I possess a single module of RAM, consisting of one stick with 16GB capacity.

Incorrect image displayed. Please show the motherboard, memory, and speed sections. You were viewing the CPU section from CPU-Z.

Upgrade your RAM to a dual channel setup. Options include two 8GB modules at 3200MHz or two 16GB modules at 3200MHz. Your current single channel 2400MHz RAM limits performance, especially with Ryzen processors.
