FPS Drop Black Ops 3

HI... I've been using this game since its launch, but it hasn't been updated. I'm experiencing serious FPS drops whenever a round starts. I have an i7 4770 with 8 GB RAM and a Gigabyte HD 7970 OC. I'm playing on the low setting, but it still doesn't improve things. Any suggestions or fixes?

As I mentioned, it's a messy situation—it's like COD GHOSTS. I run into the same issues in GHOSTS just like you do in BO3.

I don't understand much. My friend does it really well and says he has no issues with it. I struggle when Round starts its extremely bad drop that makes it impossible for me. From 120 fps it drops to 15… maybe it's a hardware problem, but I can play other games without trouble.

It's the same for me too, GHOSTS is really frustrating. I tried adjusting the settings, but it's still not great.
