I’m facing extreme FPS fluctuations. It’s not a gradual decline from 60 to 58, but sudden freezes lasting only microseconds. This wasn’t an issue before with integrated graphics and an older motherboard. After many tests, I’ll detail everything I’ve attempted below. Please review—I’ve already tried the obvious fixes.
verify your internet link and router settings
are you linked to wifi or ethernet cable?
assess the network status in windows—should it be private or public, private is correct
monitor the CPU temperature using a stress test; observe frequency during freezing of CPU and GPU
which power supply unit have you used?
which BIOS versions were tested? beta as well?

I recall playing without internet and still experienced stuttering problems. It's difficult to attribute it solely to the CPU, as it functions well in other games. It likely involves some Windows configuration, which is why I'm considering switching to Linux just to test it.
I've also tried using a different PSU, a Gamemax 650W Gold, which was originally mine, and lent it to a friend. He provided his Corsair CV650, but it didn't improve my situation.
