It began roughly three days ago. My frame rate dropped from over 300 to a maximum of 150 in CSGO. Everything seems fine—drivers are current and the system isn’t overheating. Thanks!

Check the details to see if your frame rate hits 150. Type “fps_max 300” in the console—it’s only active in CS:GO, and it might explain the issue. Other games seem normal. Did you move your PC recently?

I didn't adjust any graphics options or let GeForce auto-tune your settings. For a single game, that should be enough.
