I'm not confident about this anymore. The best option would be to turn on Fast-Sync in the NV Control Panel.
I'm ready to turn on Fast-Sync once I'm back on my PC later today. If it doesn't fix the problem, I'll start saving money for a 144Hz monitor. Thanks to everyone for your help!
I attempted to turn on Fast Sync but it didn’t work. Now I’m playing and the game runs at over 200 FPS, yet it feels very laggy. Additionally, the MSI afterburner overlay shows frame times consistently below 10 ms.
