Whenever I start a game, everything works smoothly, but suddenly my FPS plummets to 10 or lower when I usually see 100. After about a minute it returns to normal. This has never occurred before—it’s completely random. It could reset itself then, followed by five minutes later. I also checked the task manager during these moments, but nothing changed: no apps suddenly spike CPU usage and performance stays consistent for both GPU and CPU.

Have you explored the standard techniques for drivers? Temperatures? Games?

It seems like the issue isn't clearly identified. If temperatures remain stable and no other factors are present, it's difficult to pinpoint the cause. It might be related to a virus or malware.
