FPS decreases in fullscreen mode
I'm using Intel Core i5-7600 with 24GB RAM, GTX 1060, and 6GB VRAM through ASUS OC Settings. DirectX 11 is set, resolution is 3840x2160, refresh rate is 60Hz, FXAA is enabled, MSAA is off, Vsync is on, texture quality is very high, shadow quality is very high, reflection quality is very high, and MSAA is off. Water quality is very good, particles are very high, grass looks great, soft shadows are softer, post-fx is very smooth, motion blur is reduced, anisotropic filter is set to x16, ambient occlusion is high, tessellation is very high. I'm applying the same configuration for both fullscreen and windowed/borderless modes. In fullscreen I achieve 30-35 FPS max, while in windowed borderless I get around 59-61 FPS most of the time. I haven't tested other games yet. I've checked for driver updates and they're all current. I'm planning to add these OC settings now.
