I'm experiencing FPS fluctuations in League of Legends due to unclear causes. Sometimes it drops right away, other times after 7-10 minutes. I usually aim for around 144 fps, but my computer occasionally reaches that temporarily. My current performance sits between 110-130 fps, which is generally sufficient but affected by frequent lag.

My system specs are:
- Ryzen 5 3600
- RX 5600 XT
- MSI B450M PRO VHDX
- 16GB DDR 3200
- Full HD resolution

It’s not the latest hardware, but it should be capable of hitting 144 fps in full HD. I’ve tried several adjustments:
1) Adjusted graphic settings, deactivated vsync, lowered overall graphics quality, used a FPS limiter, played in window, borderless and full screen.
2) Updated drivers for my graphics card.
3) Utilized an AMD program to fine-tune settings.
4) Verified RAM speed (3200 MHz), and checked CPU/GPU usage via hwmonitor and MSI Afterburner—typically both reach maximum at 25% usage, temperatures stay under 55°C, with RAM usage around 8GB out of 16, fluctuating between 40-60%.

What else can I do?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your complete system details. List your specifications clearly, following this format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Also include the age of the PSU, along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
2| Could you explain how you structured this?
3| Are you referring to AMD's Ryzen Master with Curve Optimizer?

I have the identical issue, RX 6600, Ryzen 5600, 32gb 3200Mhz RAM, set up on an SSD. I've tried numerous solutions, believing it's a DirectX11 conflict, and the AMD drivers seem to be problematic.
