FPS changes in specific games
When I play certain titles such as Forza Horizon 4, my frame rate fluctuates between 60, 70, or 90 fps, then drops below 20 fps for a short time before returning to those levels and repeating. This also occurs in Apex Legends where it stays near 60 before capping around 30. It doesn't happen with other games, so I wondered if the issue might be related to using an external hard drive.
