I own an i7 8700 non k and rtx 2060 with 6gb vram and 16gb ram, keeping most settings at high performance. I've turned off VSync but still manage to exceed 45 fps. My monitor runs at 60hz, stays around 27°C, and the GPU usage is about 80%. Someone might know why this happens.
It seems confusing. If it's operating at 80%, it should be much hotter than 27°C, which is higher than most idle temperatures. That suggests either the room is very cool or I don't have enough details to understand what's going on.
