Hd 7570 has a few issues regarding the codec, which is why I suggest using a gtx 750 or hd 7750 since they include it in all models.

It looks like you're wondering if a GT710 would perform well and is currently available on eBay for around £30.

It isn't always the case. With the 710, you'll find variations—some are 410s, others are older GPUs that were reused and falsely labeled as 710s. Or maybe it's the 730? Either way, Nvidia had issues with the 730 too, so I wouldn't question the 710's inconsistency. The 7750 is significantly faster.

I bought a 7770 on eBay with a single 1GB sapphire crystal. It should be here soon, and I’m hoping it will boost my streaming performance.

It's really disappointing. They even included a gt710 built from gt 400 series parts, which means it's missing many features and is the most affordable option. Plus, the card hasn't received any recent driver updates for years—still fine, though. You could also find community-developed drivers if you prefer newer ones. It shouldn't be necessary, but it's something to consider.
