You can definitely combine your HyperX DDR4 2666MHz RAM with your Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200MHz modules. Just ensure both systems are compatible in terms of speed and controller support. Using two 8GB sticks together will give you a total of 16GB, which is more than enough for most tasks.

Sure thing, it should handle 2666 smoothly. If needed, I can go with 3200 manually.
