Most systems freeze or display error messages after major changes. Updating software or hardware often leads to crashes or BSODs. The setup includes high-end components, but performance remains unstable. Recent upgrades haven’t resolved the core issues. I’ve tried different parts, reinstalled OS, and even swapped cards, yet problems persist. Some games crash, others show no errors despite known flaws. The situation feels unresolved, with no clear fix in sight.

I've disabled XMP, adjusted timing and voltage settings manually, and tested both XMP I and XMP II. No change occurred.

No, I haven't overclocked my CPU.

Could it be considered a joke, but have you tried using the identical Windows USB drive during the new installations?

The only instances of overclocking or undervolting were when trying to determine if the power supply would lead to a crash.

Right now there are no silly questions for me. I've installed Windows 11 from three different USB flash drives, and I even tested using two 2TB 980 Pro drives in RAID 0. Nothing worked.

It might be possible a nearby device is causing the issue. Things like your keyboard and mouse could be involved. Since you haven’t installed any RGB software, those are likely less likely culprits.

Are you still using the cooler that has a faulty temperature sensor? If yes, will it operate without the USB connected as a "dumb" cooler? The cooler seems likely responsible since it was the first to encounter issues. I also recall unusual behavior with older Intel CPUs when the cooler wasn't secured properly, causing pins to fail to connect correctly. Is the mounting hardware still intact? You might want to test Windows 10 to check if the same problems persist there.
