I aimed for a 4K display. The links provided point to options on Amazon. I have 16GB DDR4 RAM, an RTX 1070, and an i7-6700K processor. Can I play Forza Motorsport at full settings with these specifications?

It's possible indeed. A 980Ti component and a 1070 should perform well.

You can play any game in 4K, but it might not work perfectly—possibly 1440p could be an option.

You’d need to adjust the configurations. Still, the experience would remain excellent. Disabling all AA features isn’t necessary and should allow smooth operation.
