Did you try resetting the drive settings multiple times to resolve the issue? Were optimized defaults already saved in the UEFI?

Click the Windows button, select Disk Manager, then click on your OS drive partition, choose Change Drive Letters and Paths, and press Enter followed by C.

Just so you know, with your second disc as C, you should switch it to a random letter, keep C as the main drive and D as the second one.

Click once instead of right-clicking; the instructions should become clear then. Didn’t mention if they’re part of one volume or two separate ones?
