When you start the game, it opens and then shuts down on its own, which is really frustrating. You've already spent £80 on it.

I purchased Horizon 3 without any issues and tried the demo for Horizon 4 as well. I’m not very familiar with Microsoft support, but it seems like this issue occurs across all platforms, often due to user responsibility.

I also have FH3, and the game keeps breaking with every patch. I also lost my level 200 progress due to the game's weak cloud save system.

I haven't played it much lately, yet I didn't run into any issues. I think there might be a few random crashes, which is common in many games.

The GPU isn't causing any issues. Following Microsoft guidelines, the CPU should also handle the game.
