You're interested in playing Forza Horizon 3 on your PC. The Windows Store version costs around 300 NIS (about $75). Some CD keys and online stores offer the Xbone version at a lower price, and local shops may have it too. You can download the game for Xbone and run it on your PC, but be aware that the "play anywhere" feature might not work as expected. Let me know if you need more details!

Have you considered accessing your XBOX live account via your PC to check for additional games?

yeah i mean , ive been playing forza apex the last days but its a pc oriented game , i dont think i can play xbox games through there , only the new ones which are included in the "play anywhere" thingy , for example i cant even see gears of war 3- on the search , only 4 which is included in the thingy. but it seems like the new ones support both xbox and pc , cause people are aleardy playing them on both platforms , im just not sure if ill buy the xbone disc or xbone cd key will i be able to run it on my pc... cause if not the only place i can buy from is the xbox store which is a ripoff i can somehow handle , im just not too happy about that.. 75$ jesus

You may install FH3 on a PC either from an XBone purchase or vice versa. The Windows Store description mentions this directly.

Playing anywhere basically means you buy a digital version of a play and get two copies—one for your PC and one for the Xbox One. This works only with digital files, not physical copies, unless stores sell digital codes. For more details, check the FAQ on the official page: http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/xbox-play-anywhere

If you obtain the CD key from a site that provides it, it should work with your PC for playing the game.

It seems like you're questioning the feasibility of something. Let me clarify if you'd like to discuss it further.
