I'm thinking about upgrading my GPU with the RX 570 8GB by Gigabyte. I want to know if the PSU will work and if it's compatible. My CPU is an i5 7400 with 16GB RAM at 2666MHz.

So, i don't think that is a good power supply. Well IT isnt reliable, especially to run your GPU and CPU. You may want to take a look at this:

I don't mean to say your RIG is bad but it is better to keep a reliable PSU in your PC, as i have ran into that problem before and it didnt go well. If you get a 600W PSU like the one in the link your PC can sutain itself for much longer than your current one. As well as your setup will be more capable for Future upgrades.

So I don't believe that's a solid power supply. It seems it isn't very dependable, particularly when running your GPU and CPU. You might want to check this out:

I'm not suggesting your rig is bad, but a reliable PSU would be better. I've faced similar issues before and they didn't work out well. With a 600W unit like the one in the link, your PC could last much longer than now. Plus, it would make future upgrades easier.
