when you start playing fortnite, your pc fans run really loud. using msi afterburner at 60% temp limit works fine for other games like assassins creed odyssey, but not for fortnite. your rtx 2080 seems to be ignoring the settings. maybe adjust the game-specific profiles or check for updates.
