My PC has an RTX 2080 Super graphics card, a Ryzen 7 3800X processor, 32GB of RAM running at 3600MHz, and an M.2 solid-state drive with updated drivers. I’m playing on maximum settings, achieving an average frame rate of approximately 90 frames per second. Previously, I consistently received over 200 frames on average. After reinstalling my operating system, my PC usage reached a sustained 98%. Is there a solution to improve this performance? I’m playing at a 1080p resolution.
