I don’t have information about the key, but since your product ID no longer shows OEM, you might be able to use a key extractor to reset your drive. Alternatively, check the store to confirm you’re logged into your account and verify you have Win 10 installed.

Check your key type (OEM, retail, etc.) using the tool. It can also reveal your key if you choose to reinstall. If linked to your MS account, it would be great!

They aim for windows to function as a "service," which is how all the services operate. Your key is tied to an account or email, so that’s likely the current setup. Install Windows 10, sign in with your registered credentials, and move forward.

You're seeing the upgrade icon repeatedly close without changing. Try restarting your computer or checking for updates to see if that resolves the issue.

It wasn't launched for all users on the 29th. MS mentioned it might need a month before everyone adopts Win10.
