Are there any processes active in your task manager or any exclamation marks visible in the device manager? If you start a game and encounter problems, you might want to check the task manager to identify if anything is running at full capacity. Have you recently installed any software within the past ten days?
I tried what you suggested
FN performance at full high settings in a game with FPS over 300, both monitors are functioning properly
My VRAM is capped at 2400mhz 75-80C which I think is sufficient
GPU temperature is around 60-70C
CPU temperature is about 65-75C
In the task manager my memory usage is near 60% maximum and CPU around 20%
Could it be that the problem is limited to a single game? Is there any Anti-Cheat software you're aware of? If there are errors, they might appear in Event Viewer. You can review critical errors by going to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System and filtering by Level or date. It's unclear if this involves hardware or another issue.
Also verify the hot spot temperature. Those GPUs are prone to "pump out" of paste when the cooler gets dry, especially above 70°C. At temperatures over 100°C, throttling will occur. Swapping paste and pads is a temporary solution, but for now it's undervolting.
