Played with Driver 358.91, unsure if CS received a recent update or if it's the driver itself. I noticed a big jump in FPS after installing CS today. On Windows 10 64, I’m seeing drops as low as 110 in MM/CEVO and 85 in casual or death matches. Now in MM I consistently stay above 175 FPS, averaging around 220 with a max of 300. I’m not sure what caused the improvement—possibly the drivers unless Valve released a patch, I wouldn’t know. I had the game uninstalled for a month before.

It seems like you're talking about CSGO. I was part of a group discussing the game, and we noticed some players experiencing similar problems despite using different GPUs. I haven't played in about two weeks, so I'm unsure if the issues have been resolved.
