Tomb raider features a standard performance level, and hitman seems to have one as well. Just experiment and compare the speeds.

I believe Nvidia hardware performs similarly in DX12 mode across those games, though gains are minimal. I’m not sure I’m worse in DX12 compared to DX11 for Rise of the Tomb Raider when using my GTX 1070.
