i have an f2a68hm-hd2 motherboard, a random case I believe is a mid or full tower. i’m looking for a coller around 25 dollars, but if you find a better option that isn’t significantly more expensive, i’d still consider it since i want to keep the coller for future upgrades. also, could the processor overheating lead to the error kernel power 41 (63) issue?

A cryorig c7 or a cooler master master air ma610p air cooler works well too, both are affordable and suitable. For liquid cooling options, consider an ml120l rgb from CM or a non-rgb model from master liquid at around 120 dollars. In the 20-30 dollar range, you can get a hyper 212x or similar.

1| Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
2| Your random case will have a height clearance imitation which is why we ask for your specs/make and model of each component.
3| Where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase?
If your case does not conflict with the cooler, you can take a look at the Cryorig H7 cooler.

Check your case dimensions to see what height is suitable for installing a quality air cooler. A size of 160mm offers excellent possibilities. If your height is under 145mm, it might be better to stick with the standard cooler. I suggest this option if you have enough space. FSP Windale 4 CPU Cooler
