Hello, I just rebuilt a computer for a friend. He needs to log in and Windows 11 is prompting him to get a new PIN code. He clicks on getting a new PIN but doesn’t receive one by email. When asked to change his password, he did that as well, yet the system still asks to verify his identity without any progress.
