Hello, I'm a beginner with this platform and unfamiliar with computers. Recently, while playing Fortnite as usual, I began experiencing unexpected crashes that caused my PC to reboot repeatedly. This continued for approximately two days until a message appeared with Error Code: 0xc0000221. It suggested troubleshooting steps, which I followed and restarted my computer. Initially, I felt relieved, but quickly discovered that I was only achieving around 120 frames per second in Fortnite, a significant drop from my previous consistent rate of 240. I attempted to resolve this by restoring my previous settings and experimenting with new configurations to improve performance, even performing a factory reset while keeping Windows 10 installed and reinstalling Fortnite. However, these efforts were unsuccessful. A knowledgeable friend advised me to remove my RAM and provide him with the speed specification (2666), as well as adjust settings on my MSI motherboard.

I possess the following hardware:
-Ryzen 2700x
-GeForce RTX 2080

If you require additional details, please request them.

Greetings to all! We require some additional details from you. Kindly provide your system specifications in this format:
Processor:
Mainboard:
Memory:
Storage Device (SSD/HDD):
Graphics Card:
Power Supply Unit:
Case:
Operating System:
What edition of Windows 10 are you utilizing? Have you applied the newest BIOS update for your motherboard? It's recommended to use DDU to remove your graphics card drivers and then reinstall them using the most current versions available from Nvidia’s support website. During installation, use an elevated command prompt—right-click the installer and select “Run as Administrator.”

I appreciate that, I’ll provide the specifications shortly. However, upon inspection, I see 64 gigabytes of memory, yet only 32 gigabytes appear to be accessible within the system settings. Could this limitation be impacting my computer’s performance?
