It seems your setup has Windows 7 installed on the SSD while other files are being saved to the HDD by default. You might need to adjust the installation settings or use a bootable USB to change where the operating system is stored.

You can also conveniently transfer existing programs or files. I also use a 120 gig SSD and have followed this approach. If you need to move something like the desktop, log in as another user first. Initially, relocate the folder to your desired location—for instance, if moving C:\Users\ColinMcRae\Videos\Recordings, copy its contents to D:\Recordings. Open cmd as administrator and execute mklink /j "C:\Users\ColinMcRae\Videos\Recordings" "D:\Recordings", then press enter. This method works for any folder and maintains the same functionality.
