I don’t recognize the model, there are no visible labels. However, the AMD Phenom IIx6 CPU is consistently running hot at 91°C. I’ve addressed the temperature problem—initially the cooler wasn’t installed properly, and the thermal paste was extremely dry. Now everything works smoothly.
Turn the black switch at the top to release the metal ring beneath it, then move it slightly to detach it from the chip and remove it from the other side.
Old plastic parts that have gone through repeated heating will become fragile. The metal clips on AMD cooler cases are secured by a flexible piece clipped onto the side tabs. Flip the lever at the top to lower the clip enough to detach it from the tab. After removing the clips, turn the cooler back and forth as if you’re opening an Oreo. Once free, you should be able to remove it without forcing it out.

It functioned well despite requiring significant effort. The dry thermal paste likely caused the low speed on Windows a few years back, especially when the device ran at 0.5 MHz. I checked it after my family built one and noticed consistent slowness. Dust accumulation probably played a role too.
