Far Cry 4 has some noticeable glitches, especially when moving quickly in vehicles. TB frequently mentions this in his PC Port review for the game. I experienced similar issues too, but they stopped after the release of DA:I, and I haven't made any changes since then.

I understand the reason behind testing other games. This isn't the sole issue I'm experiencing.

I also experience odd stutter problems in random games, mainly Ubisoft titles and Amd games like Watch Dogs, Far Cry 3/4, Assassin's Creed Black Flag/Unity, Saints Row 3/4, Bioshock Infinite, Hitman Absolution, and Sniper Elite 3. The only AMD game I've found that runs smoothly without stutter is Tomb Raider (without the texture pack). Many users on the internet mention issues with the 900 series, and your system specs are listed in your profile.
