FlushDNS clears DNS cache, while ResetNetsh Winsock restarts network stack settings.
The command resets network configurations, clearing DNS and cache by default.
Flushdns clears the DNS cache on your PC, which is safe. The second command I think was netsh winsock reset—it will restore the Winsock catalog to its default setting, also safe. Based on my understanding, it only affects the Winsock catalog and won’t change network settings.
flushdns removes your local DNS cache. It helps when your computer has kept incorrect data from DNS servers, causing bad or broken site experiences. "winsock reset" restores the Windows network socket settings. A socket is like a small program that waits for apps to connect to the internet and serves as a bridge.
