Consider using the Windows Media Creation utility to generate a bootable Windows installer from a flash drive. Then, transfer the necessary drivers onto the drive, allowing you to install Windows directly from the flash storage after setup.

You can either use the Windows Media Creation utility as suggested, or you might extract the ISO file with a program like 7-Zip and then place its contents on a new FAT32 formatted USB stick. Create a folder named "drivers" on that drive alongside other Windows installation files, and simply upload all your drivers there. After installation, transfer the drivers from the USB to the computer and install them.
