Your operating system is now installed on an SSD, but you're encountering a message about downloading the latest Flash update. Flash isn't the same as Adobe Flash Player—it's a different software used for playing media or running applications. To get the latest version, check your device settings or the official website of the app or service you need to update. Let me know if you need further help!

I think it refers to Adobe Flash, and it’s safe to try updating it. (I’d definitely visit the site directly, since the pop-ups can sometimes be viruses)

I've completed this several times, but it keeps asking me to download Flash.

If you've tried that and the animation here functions well, you're free to move on.

The issue lies in the incorrect Flash installation. The link provided earlier was wrong. Make sure you download the proper version for your browser—either Internet Explorer or another web browser. Always verify the correct file before proceeding.
