Fixing visual problems with unclear gameplay when using maximum graphics options.
Hello! I'm experiencing Devil May Cry 5 at its highest configurations and am maintaining a consistent frame rate of 75 frames per second, which is satisfactory for me. However, the image appears somewhat hazy, despite utilizing the advised screen resolution for my display. I’m unsure whether this issue stems from my graphics card or the aging nature of my monitor—it's not a noticeable problem with other titles I’ve played. My screen is an older model.
My computer specifications are as follows:
Intel Core i5 8400
16 gigabytes of memory
1 terabyte hard drive
120 gigabyte solid-state drive
Nvidia GTX 1050 with 3 gigs of memory and a 96-bit bus width
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster T190 – an LCD screen measuring 19 inches
Are you running your games, like *DMC5*, at a resolution of 1440x900?
If you possess an additional display to experiment with – even one offering a higher resolution such as 1080p – I recommend trying that. Considering your graphics card is a 1050, you might need to reduce some graphical settings, but if the game appears noticeably sharper, it could indicate a requirement for a new monitor.
Alternatively, perhaps the issue stems from a specific setting within the game’s graphics options that's generating the blurriness.

Thank you for your quick reply. I will attempt to adjust the parameters once more and observe if there’s any improvement.
I typically disable motion blur in every game I play because it’s uncomfortable for my vision.
The system functioned correctly after switching to standard rendering and disabling vertical synchronization. It’s noticeably improved, presenting a clearer image than previously. Thank you again for your assistance – I truly appreciate it!
