You're on Windows 7 and trying to switch to Windows 10. The installation screen shows an error saying it can't install at 30% and mentions a support issue for the upgrade path. You have 4 GB of flash memory and attempted to use the ISO source folder with setup.exe, but encountered another error.

You need at least 8 GB of memory to install Windows 10, as stated in this article.

I understand, I couldn't upgrade to Windows 10. I've tried all the usual steps, and a clean boot seems like my final option.
