My computer has an Intel i5-2400 processor and an AMD Radeon RX 460W 2GB OC graphics card. When I run games on the lowest settings, my frame rate is approximately 45fps, however, in a video demonstration, someone with an identical i5-2400 CPU and a GTX 1050 2GB card consistently achieved around 60fps using the same configurations. I’m unsure whether the issue lies with the graphics card or the central processing unit; the graphics card operates at 100% utilization constantly, while the CPU typically runs at about 30%.

Changes to the graphics cards or other adjustments might be at play; are you testing at identical resolutions? Based on this
https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGameRevi...ow.1080p.0, your frame rate appears to be within the expected range, with an average of 42.43, though this is based on a small number of tests.

The GTX 1050 outperforms the RX 460, particularly in games that typically benefit Nvidia graphics cards.
