My memory capacity is limited to 60 frames per second across all games.

SYSTEM DETAILS:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB of VRAM
AMD FX 8320 Processor
Vengeance Pro LP DDR3 16GB RAM
ASUS M5A97 EVO Chipset
Seagate Desktop SSHD with 1TB Storage

I require assistance resolving this problem. Previously, I achieved frame rates between 100 and 170 frames per second in titles like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Rainbow Six Siege.

Examine the Nvidia settings panel. Within the left-hand navigation, select “Adjust resolution.” This page includes an FPS limiter. It’s possible this has reverted to 60 frames per second after a software update, which occasionally occurs. Please inform me whether this setting matches your monitor’s highest refresh rate. I don't know if this will resolve your issue, so it is simply a recommended step to investigate.

Examine the Nvidia settings panel. Within the left-hand navigation, select “Change display resolution.” This page contains an FPS adjuster. It’s possible the refresh rate has been defaulted to 60 frames per second following a recent update – this occasionally occurs. Please inform me if your monitor’s highest refresh rate is currently configured there. While I cannot guarantee this will resolve the issue, it's a potential troubleshooting step to investigate.
