I just ran a quick stress test on my PC (Ryzen 5 1500X, no overclocking, stock cooler) and it reached 95°C in Ryzen Master and MSC. It’s been two years, and I don’t recall it ever getting that hot before. Fixed it!

Verify the packaging temperatures and core temperatures using hwinfo. Ensure the cooler is functioning correctly; a faulty sensor could be the issue.

I resolved the issue by overclocking and resetting it to the default settings. The task manager now shows it's not overclocked after all.
