There might be some remaining issues, possibly from my ISP or Melbourne. It looks okay now, but it could have been a problem earlier.

Reinstalled, yet the HFC modem overheated. Because it's a cable connection, I can't just change it. It shifts from 550 down/40 up to 25 down/1 up in seconds.
