Hi everyone, I changed the thermal paste on my HP 15-ac622nl, added a memory stick, but the laptop still won't boot. The caps lock flashed once, and the HP support page said the CPU isn’t working. After cleaning the old paste with isopropyl alcohol and reapplying the new one, I’m unsure what to do next. Should I consider buying a new motherboard?
