Hey, your PC just started and the motherboard (Asrock B450 Pro 4) is beeping five times. You have a Sapphire RX 590, Ryzen 5 3600X, 16GB RAM (one stick), and you plan to upgrade later. What might this signal?

Could it be a faulty power supply? It seems like it’s around 8 or even 10 years old. When I connect the GPU, it doesn’t power on at all. That suggests a PSU issue. It’s a 10-year-old 450W Xilinx PSU.

That would be an excellent place to begin, and we should hope it hasn't caused any damage yet. Stop turning it on further and get that power supply replaced.
