Just tried CSM enabled but got nothing. No idea why. Also thanks to everyone—it was a graphics card, but I got a new one from a friend to test, so I still need to figure out how to launch PC with GTS250:

When the GPU fails, it’s clear the issue is resolved. You’ll have to acquire a replacement GPU.
