I configured my Kingston HyperX Die (around 64GB) with a 64GB KHX3200C16D4/16GX chip, upgrading from 3200 xMP2 to 3333 MHz (3400 bsods) in Windows. The HWINFO showed DRAM voltage at 1.379V, and I ran MemTest on most of my 50GB RAM with no errors over several hours. Regarding safety, those voltages are within typical ranges for DDR4 DRAM and should be fine. Beyond error checking and bsods, you should monitor temperature trends and stability over time.
In the burner, downbin refers to a setting that reduces the clock speed for better power efficiency. It affects performance by slowing down operations but extends battery life and reduces heat. Important timings include CAS latency, prefetch, and memory controller settings—adjusting them can improve stability or speed depending on your workload.
