I have tried close to everything on the "how to respond to no boot/post" thread, minus the replace parts with other parts because I don't have extra parts laying around. - The windows OS has NOT been installed ( This is my one and only lead right now for what might be causing the issue ) - Bios has been updated to the latest version I can find on MSI's website. - All new parts bought directly from amazon, bhphotovideo, and newegg. Here's the build: [ pcpartpicker ] I even got the vetted by pc parts pickers to make sure all parts are compatible Video of the issue : [ Imgur vid to Issue ] (not shown in video, the gpu fans were also spinning the whole time) (feel free to read for more context) Pretty much finished wiring up everything to the best of my ability and knowledge (lmk if I wired something wrong), tried booting for the first time like I saw on many youtubers videos and access bios to fix up settings but on the very first and all later boots it failed to post and got stuck on BOOT light. "ah must be a needing a bios update for incompatibility like those vids I watched, np" did bios update still nothing. Monitor says "no hdmi from device detected", please help. (feel free to read for more context) UPDATE : I kind of suspect the issues being with my monitor, cause when I inserted an usb driver with windows 10 ready on it the BOOT light on mobo suddenly doesn't show anymore, but my monitors still stays black and says "no HDMI detected" if this is normal let me know so I can just stop stressing and go buy a new monitor.
