Don’t misunderstand, I’ve been using AMD systems since the late nineties. However, I tend to get the best value, and I recently found a good deal on Intel, which is why I’m seeing an i5 around these days.
My main concern with Nvidia is their pricing and the way they remove features.
For example, they released the 3060 with a 12GB model, but this version kept the 4060 at 8GB. Also, features like DLSS often get limited to newer cards in later versions, while AMD’s FSR technology still works with older Nvidia cards. Personally, I think Nvidia seems to charge more just because they can. That’s why competition matters.
I can handle assembling a PC easily, but the shopping side is what confuses me since there are numerous components involved.
